The other night, i was fortunate enough to try the Sasquatch Imperial Chocolate Milk Stout from
903 Brewers out of Sherman, Texas. The name got me. The style got me. The 10% ABV of the beer got me. The Sasquatch pours a dark, oily black with a nice brownish-tan head, immediately giving off aromas of chocolate, roasted malts, and some hints of coffee. The taste is similar with a sweet and heavy finish. This is an awesome beer to finish an evening with.
