Digging on the desert that is most Belgian-style ales right now. New Belgium's Abbey is really smooth, just the right amount of sweet, and feels like it could go with just about anything. Drink it with cheese (mild or stinky), chocolate, or cigarettes...it really doesn't matter. And if you were to open and pour one at 9AM, i wouldn't look at you weird. I would simply ask you where mine was. This is a very easy beer to drink with a 7% alcohol by volume.
